Morocco GKS Chapter
The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Morocco hosted a Morocco GKS Chapter alumni gathering on , at the Embassy in Rabat.
The event began with welcoming remarks from the Ambassador and the Alumni Association President, followed by a GKS-G scholar’s presentation on their experience, an introduction to university life in Korea, and a sharing session on career experiences at Korean companies.
Participants then had the opportunity to introduce themselves, take a group photo, and enjoy refreshments while networking with fellow alumni and new GKS scholars.
A special session was also provided for newly selected scholars, during which GKS alumni shared practical advice and personal experiences about living and studying in Korea. Participants also enjoyed Korean food, providing an opportunity to experience Korean culture firsthand.
The alumni expressed their hope that GKS scholars would continue to serve as bridges connecting Morocco and Korea after completing their studies, further strengthening people-to-people ties and cooperation between the two countries.
모로코 GKS 동문회
주모로코대한민국대사관은 대사관에서 모로코 GKS 동문회를 개최하였다.
이번 행사에서는 대사 및 동문회장의 환영사를 시작으로 GKS-G 장학생 수기 발표, 한국대학생활 정보 소개, 한국 기업 취업 경험 공유 등이 진행되었다. 이후 참석자 소개와 기념촬영, 다과회를 통해 동문 및 신규 장학생 간 자연스러운 교류와 네트워킹의 시간을 가졌다.
특히 신규 GKS 장학생을 대상으로 선배 동문들이 직접 한국 유학 생활에 대한 경험과 정보를 공유하여, 예비 유학생들의 한국 생활에 대한 이해를 높이는 의미 있는 시간이 되었고 또한 참석자들은 한식을 함께 체험하며 한국 문화를 더욱 가까이 경험할 수 있었다.
기존 동문들은 GKS 장학생들이 학업을 마친 후 모로코와 한국을 연결하는 가교 역할을 지속적으로 수행해 주기를 희망하며, 앞으로도 동문 간 교류와 협력이 더욱 활성화되기를 기대한다.
