- Organization Behavior: This course is designed to study orgnizational behavior (OB). It is a field of study that investigates the impact that individuals, groups, and structure have on behavior within organizations for the purpose of applying such knowledge toward improving an organization’s effectiveness. It will cover a wide range of topics in the discipline of OB such as motivation, job satisfaction, work team, leadership, and so on.
- Research Method: Identification and in-depth analysis of business problems and use of scientific research as a problem-solving tool. This course will focus on the basic concepts, understanding and applications of appropriate research designs and methodologies. The students will also be required to write their own research proposals for presentation before the class.
- International Economy: Why do many countries engage in international trade? How would the trade pattern be determined? And what are the gains from trade? The study of International Economics facilitates understanding of these questions. This subject introduces to students the factors for which international trade takes place and related trade models that students must be aware of.
The models that are to be covered in this subject include the Ricardian model, the Hecksher-Ohlin model, and related models of new trade theories with economies of scale and imperfect competition.
- Seminar in International Business Law: This course discusses international business law and how it affects business practices worldwide.
- Project Development: This course is designed to provide the graduate students of the KMU-GMBA program with the technical knowledge and skills on project planning and development with greater applicability on business, entrepreneurship and resource generation. It will cover discussion on project concepts, descriptions of the phases of project development and management cycle including sets of relevant complementary topics.
