Students, faculty, or external users who wish to use these facilities must submit an application form (official document or proposal form) specifying the event name, purpose, period or usage time, and number of participants at least two weeks in advance.

Usage is permitted only for departmental lectures or official university events.

Commercial use by external parties is not allowed.

Facility Management Team checks availability → Submit official document to the General Affairs Office → Approval and notification by the responsible staff member
