(3) A copy of citizen Registration
(4) A copy of denizenship (sponsor/student)
(5) A copy of diploma for pre educating high school by

2. Qualifications
1) Overseas Korean
(1) Children of overseas Korean who has permanent residence
(2) Children of officials who work abroad
(3) Children of scientist and professor
(4) Children of ambassador in a nation
(5) Children of those who work with foreign government
and international institute (Including children of
parents who have stayed for more than two years for study,
business, local corporation)
2) A foreign student
(1) A foreign student whose parents are foreigners and
graduated high school in domestic or abroad after
completing at least two year high school course
(2) Student who completed 12 years education course abroad
(3) Foreign students or native students who have
completed elementary, middle and high school in a foreign
country

1) Student who obtained bachelor degree or is approved by
minister of education that he is qualified
(1) Current teacher (but, general person is possible if
major is education administration)
