D. Personal Statement (Please use the official form that can be downloaded from the website. Personal statement must be written in Korean except for applicants in International Industrial Information)
E. High School Diploma or Certificate of (Expected) Graduation
F. Official Transcript of High School
G. Documents verifying foreign nationality of the applicant and his or her parents (e.g. copies of passport or official identification card issued by government)
H. A copy of applicant’s Certificate of Alien Registration (if applicable)
I. Family Relationship Document issued by the Korea government or equivalent document issued by foreign government
J. In case that the applicant’s parents are divorced or died, official document proving the fact issued by government
K. Applicant’s Certificate of Facts Concerning the Entry and Exit (from Immigration Office of Korea)
L. One of the following documents verifying applicant’s Korean Language Proficiency
i. A score report of a Korean Proficiency Test (TOPIK)
ii. Official transcript and Certificate of Completion of Korean Language Institution
iii. Official document proving that the applicant is exempted from demonstrating proficiency in Korean
M. A score report of an English proficiency test (TOEFL, TOEIC or IELTS) only for applicants in International Industrial Information
N. Receipt of tuition payment
O. Bank statement showing at least US$10,000 in the account for over 3 months.
Applicants who reside within Korea can submit a bank statement showing at least KRW 3,000,000 in the account of applicant himself or herself
2. Qualification
1. Applicants should have completed (or expected to complete) his/her primary and secondary education (elementary, middle, and high school).
2. Applicants and applicants’ parents are not citizens of Korea.
3. Applicants (except for applicants in International Industrial Information) should meet one of the following Korean language proficiency requirements.
A. Applicants should have the 4th level of certificate from the Korean Proficiency test (TOPIK).
B. Applicants should have completed (or expected to complete) level 4 or higher of Korean language institutes of Korean universities.
C. Applicants who meet one of the following conditions are exempted from demonstrating proficiency in Korean
i. Applicants have studied at least 2 year in Korean elementary, middle or high school.
ii. Applicants have completed (or expected to complete) at least 2 years (4 semesters) in Korean Universities.
iii. Applicants have completed (or expected to complete) Korean colleges.
4. Applicants in International Industrial Information should meet one of the following English language proficiency requirements.
A. TOEIC score of 800 or above
B. TOEFL PBT score of 550, CBT score of 213, IBT score of 79 or above
C. IELTS score of 6.0 or above
3. Procedure
A. Document Review

iii. Check for declaration of financial support
B. Interview
i. Only the applicants who pass the document review get the chance to have the interview
ii. Interviews are done individually, evaluating the potentials of study, comprehensive thinking ability and situational decisiveness as well as Korean language proficiency.
4. Scholarship for foreigners'
The International Students Scholarship is given to students who registered at least 15 credits and have earned a GPA higher than 2.5. The value of scholarship is 30~100% of tuition depends on GPA acquired. (100%: above 4.3, 70%: above 4.0, 50%: above 3.0/4.5)

'1. Required Documents
- Complete the application form online and submit the printed copy of the application
- Certificate of Graduation of university or graduate school (translated in Korean and notarized)
- Two copies of official transcript of university or graduate school (translated in Korean and notarized)
- Statement of Purpose
- Documents verifying applicant’s Korean Language proficiency
- Research History (if applicable)
- Two copy of applicant’s and parent’s Certificate of Alien Registration (if applicable)
- Family Relationship Document issued by the Korea government or equivalent document issued by foreign government
- A copy of applicant’s passport
- Bank statement showing at least US$10,000 in the account for over 1 month.
- Certificate of Income of parent or financial supporter
2. Qualification
- Applicants meeting one of the following conditions:
A. An applicant holding foreign citizenship whose parents are foreign citizens (not Korean citizens)
B. An applicant who completed the entire 16-year education from elementary school to
university in a foreign country (not Korea)
- Applicants (except for applicants in International Industrial Information) should meet one of the following Korean language proficiency requirements.
 Applicants should have major or minor degree in Korean Language
 Applicants should have the 4th level of certificate from the Korean Proficiency test (TOPIK).
 Applicants should have completed at least 1 year of Korean language class at Korean language institutes in Korea.
 Applicants who meet one of the following conditions are exempted from demonstrating proficiency in Korean
 Applicants have studied at least 1 year in Korean elementary, middle or high school.
 Applicants have completed (or expected to complete) at least 2 years (4 semesters) in Korean Universities.
- For some departments, applicants should meet English Proficiency requirements.

4. Scholarship for foreigners'
The International Students Scholarship is given to students who have earned a GPA higher than 3.0. The value of scholarship is 60% of tuition.
