Eligibility for applicant 1) An applicant holding foreign citizenship and both parents are also foreign citizens(must not Korean citizens) 2) Overseas Korean applicants residing in foreign countries or foreigners who have completed their entire elementary, middle school, high school and undergraduate education outside of Korea
3. Eligibility for applicant 1) One who holds a Bachelor's degree 2) One who is supposed to get Bachelor's degree 3) According to the relevant law, those who have received a Master's degree or been recognized as having the equivalent academic experience.
