English Track Program Guide

What is an English Track Program?
- A regular degree program in which some or all academic activities such as classes, exams, and assignments, are conducted in English.

Visa Information
◎ Study-Related Visa

Student (D-2)
Eligibility: Foreign nationals who wish to enroll in a regular academic program or conduct research at a Korean higher education institution
Length of Stay: Up to 2 years per issuance, depending on the program duration stated in the admission letter (extendable)
◎ Employment-Related Visas

Job-Seeking (D-10)
Eligibility: Foreign nationals who have obtained at least an associate degree from a Korean university and wish to prepare for employment, internships, or starting a business in Korea
Length of Stay: 1 year (extendable up to 3 years)

Special Occupation (E-7)
Eligibility: Foreign professionals, semi-professionals, or skilled workers with specialized knowledge or skills who intend to work in Korea under an employment contract in a designated occupation
Length of Stay: 3 years (extendable)
Notes:
· The E-7 visa is required when working in occupations designated by the Ministry of Justice that are related to one's major field of study
· Applicants who have obtained an associate degree or higher from a Korean higher education institution are exempt from the work experience requirement when applying for the visa
