financial capacity)

over U$10,000 (should be there over one month) or of
domestic remittance or Exchange certificate over U$10,000 .

2. Qualifications
1) Overseas people(under Education enforcement ordinance
Paragraph 71 of Subsection 2-4 section 1,3 )
2) Students who have completed elementary, middle and
high school in a foreign country(under Education
enforcement ordinance Paragraph 71 of Subsection 2-4
section 3 )
3) Foreign student (under Education enforcement ordinance
Paragraph 71 of Subsection 2-4 section 2)
* Foreigner means the person who doesnt have the Korean
Nationality. No nationality is exclusive.
4) obtainer of level-three certificate of TOPIK
3. Procedure
1) Visit entrance Administration (with required
documents)- examine document(for special standard)-
qualified one notification(non-qualified ones document will
be returned)- register application- paper test (interview)-
assessment - a notice of success.
* paper test (interview) is just for the person who
passed document examination.
2) Copy document is available. Notice, when succeed,
original copy should be submitted.
3) applicants can apply only once for 1st choice.
4) the student, from first semester in 3rd grade high
school within 2 years 6months can apply .
(Foreigner and over 12 years foreign education in abroad,
no limit)
5) Foreign nationality cant apply for educational major.
(only overseas people can apply)
4. Scholarship for foreigners
Scholarship will be provided. Only amount and detail will
be decided in Scholarship Committee.'

(5) Having career on professional field relating to
applied major over 15 years.
