* Procedures for registration and admission
1. Submission of Application and visa documents
2. Evaluation of Documents and Skype interview
3. After the evaluation, notify acceptance to qualified students
4. Payment of Tuition and Fees
5. Issuing the letter of Admission
6. Apply for visa at the Embassy
7. Submit the issued visa number and a photo of the visa by e-mail
8. Confirm the entry date with the university and book a flight to Korea
9. Entry to Korea and arrival at the university

1. Application form(with a passport photo)
2. A letter of self-introduction(one A-4 size written by hand)
3. A letter stating what you wish to study in Korea(one A-4 size written by hand)
4. Most-recent graduation certificate(when issued in other languages, it should be translated into Korean or English and notarized. / issued in the past 3 years, notarized, and then certified by the Korean consulate)
5. A certificate of current academic record(when issued in other languages, it should be translated into Korean or English and notarized. / issued in the past 3 years, notarized, and then certified by the Korean consulate)
6. A statement of financial resources; a bank balance providing over US$11,000 held for at least six months issued by one of the five major banks
7. A document of parent's employment and income statement for the past year
8. A copy of the applicant's passport

*Information about cancellation of admission, refund, other regulations
1. Admission is revoked for any applicant who fails to get an issued visa number according to the regulations of Immigation Office, Ministry of Justice, Republic of Korea.
2. The amount may change due to the exchange rate at time of remittance or exchange. Any extra amount will be refunded to the student after admission.
3. Admission is cancelled if the successful applicant does not pay the tuition by the due date.
4. Admission is cancelled if the details on the submitted documents are not true.
5. After admission, applicants should follow all the regulations and guidelines for studying Korean(in regular courses), which this institute sets.
6. Submitted documents will not be returned.
