1) Student graduated highschool(planned to graduate) or recognized equal
scholarship, and applied for an examination in college aptitude test.
3. Procedure
1) Following the college admission rule procedure(there is no special
exam for foreign student).
4. Scholarship for foreigners
1) There is benefit of registration fee exemption for interchange
student with abroad interchange cooperation college.

4) Records certificate for entire grades of university.
2. Qualifications
1) Who acquired Bachelor degree .after finishing formal university
graduate process in inside and outside of the country, and has elementary
school teachering license.
2) Who recognized by Minister of Education,and rules and regulations
having equal qualification mentioned above.
3. Procedure
Tere is no special supporting procedure for foreigners.
4. Scholarship for foreigners
No conformed matters.
