2. Qualification
students who have completed elementary, middle and high school
education, 12 years of official education.
3. Procedure
1) Verify application documents
2) Submit application to Dong-A Univ.
3) Dong-A Univ. verifies documents and approves admission
4) Dong-A Univ. applies for student VISAs
5) Dong-A Univ. sends Admission Letter & VISA documents to student
6) Student prepares passport and applies for VISA
7) Student enters Korea (pick-up by Dong-A Univ.)
8) Student lodges in dormitory
9) Student meets Korean friends and begins campus life

4.Scholarship for foreigners
Dong-A Univ. grants a 50% tuition-waive scholarship. However, the student
must maintain a GPA of 2.0 or above in order to receive the scholarship
from the second semester. Please note that the scholarship system can
change according to university policies.'

Korea or foreign country before the beginning of their first semester and have a
good command of Korean
ⓑ Applicants whose education is authorized to be equivalent to ⓐ in
accordance to relevant regulations

2. Admission Decisions

1) An admission decision is made based on the evaluation of application
materials and the result of oral exams. In the case of those applicants who
reside outside Korea and who can`t take the oral exam due to immigration-
related problems, their admission decision will be conditionally made based
only on the evaluation of their application materials until they make themselves
available to and pass the oral exams
2) Under some circumstances, those who apply for an admission into
programs of arts and physical education may have to take an additional test
where they demonstrate their practical skills in the proposed fields

3. Application Documents

* Applicants should submit original documents if issued in a foreign country.
* Documents in languages other than Korean or English should be submitted
with a notarized Korean translation.

1. Semester: Four quarters(10 weeks per quarter)

2. Hours: 20 hours x 10 weeks = 200 hours

3. Days: Mon-Fri(4 hrs per day)

4. Curriculum: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced(Korean language and cultural activities)

5. Class size: Approximately 15 students per class

6. Tuition Fee: 1,200,000 KRW per semester(Application Fee 50,000 KRW is a non-refundable initial payment)
