US$10,000 deposited in a bank for over a month
or the receipt of remittance to Korea and money
exchange at the amount of more than US$10,000

2. Qualifications
1) A foreign student whose parents are foreigner
2) A foreign who has completed from highschool course
over 2 years in foreign country
3) Foreign students who have completed elmentary, middle
and high school in a foreign country

※ Category of a foreign student
① Students who dont have Korean nationality
② nationality of parents of students who are 「foreign
students who completed from educational course」and
「foreign students who completed from full educational
course」are disregarded.
③ students who have dual nationality and those without
nationality are excluded
④ In the case of the students that have completed the
elementary, middle school and high school course in
more than 2 different countries, but are short of
total registered period( within 1semester) because of
the different school system in the process of transfer
or entrance to the third countrys school
